A bomb killed on Saturday in Sana'a two soldiers while they were on a security patrol. The blast targeted a police car in al-Hasaba area and led also to injuring four soldiers and civilians. Interior Minister Abdul-Qader Qahtan visited the wounded soldiers in the Police Hospital, stressing that the perpetrators will not go unpunished. "These assaults will raise the persistence and determination of the security personnel in tracking terrorism and terrorists wherever they are until they find no foothold in Yemen," Qahtan said. Interior Ministry warned citizens not to deal with any suspicious objects, plastic sacks or bags they may find on roads for their safety. In a statement issued today, after the blast, the Ministry called on citizens to inform the nearest police station if they find any suspicious objects. It said that, thanks to citizens' reports, the security services have managed to defuse a number of explosive devices planted by terrorists in the streets targeting lives of innocent people.
