Border guards foil infiltration bid, seize narcotic pills

Border Guards on Tuesday, foiled an attempt by 3 persons to infiltrate from Syria into Jordan, a source at the Jordan Armed Forces said today.
The source added that rules of engagements followed in such cases were applied, arresting 1 of the infiltrators, noting that the two others fled back to Syria.
Troops seized 3 bags containing 606,000 narcotic capsules and referred them to competent authorities, the source added.
