Constitutional Court to consider C/1/2017 case

The Constitutional Court will convene its session on Wednesday chaired by Court President Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid Al Khalifa to consider Constitutional Case C/1/2017.
The case was filed to challenge the constitutionality of Article 4 of Bahrain’s Lease Law 27/2014 for allegedly contravening the Constitution’s Articles 4, 18 and 9/E.
