President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a decree delegating judge Zakaria Abdel Aziz Othman as assistant Justice Minister for anti-corruption and citizen complaints affairs.
Under Article one of the decree, Othman was appointed as the head of the Court of Appeals.
The president also issued a decree relieving from office Ahmed Mohamed Mesbah Eissa at the State Lawsuits Authority.
He also issued a decree transferring A-class head of Aswan court of first instance Wael Nabil Taha Mohamed to a non-judicial post at the Local Development Ministry.
Another decree was issued transferring A-class head of South Cairo court of first instance Adel Talaat Abdel Khaliq to a non-judicial post at the Housing Ministry.
