Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, FAHR, has announced public holidays to mark Prophet Mohammad's (PBUH) birthday, the National Day, and the Commemoration Day, for employees of ministries and federal government departments, beginning on Thursday, 30th November, until Sunday, 3rd December.

The work will resume on Monday, 4th December, according to a circular issued by the authority.

The circular came in accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet's Decision No. 13 for 2012 concerning the executive regulations of the Human Resources Law in the federal government and its amendments, which sets the official holidays of the ministries and federal bodies in the country.

The authority extended its greetings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, and the people of the UAE.
