First Vice President Receives Assistant of President Al-Sanousi

The First Vice – President of the Republic, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih, received in his office at the Republican Palace Thursday the Assistant of the President of the Republic, Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Sanousi, and discussed a number of national issues, especially the peace issue and benefiting from the decisions on cease-fire and cessation of hostilities.
In a press statement, Sheikh Al-Sanousi said that realization of peace necessitates unity of the internal front, stressing the importance of enhancing the citizens’ living conditions, providing services and guaranteeing freedoms.
He asserted the importance of combating the use of drugs, especially among the youths.
