Libyan Foreign Minister Mohammed al Dairi
Cairo - Arab Today

Libyan Foreign Minister Mohammed al Dairi praised on Thursday measures taken by Egypt, the UAE, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia against Qatar.

Qatar-backed Takfiri powers suffer a setback thanks to the determination of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain to face their criminal acts, Dairi said.

In a press release on the occasion of the Libyan army's control of Benghazi, Dairi congratulated the Libyan army for the great victory over terrorist groups, backed by Qatar.

Dairi called on Arab countries and the African Union to support the Libyan army in the fight against terrorism.

He also held the international community responsible for disrupting the funding of terrorist groups.
