Foreign Ministry urges Egyptians to abide by UAE visa regulations

The Foreign Ministry urged Egyptian citizens to abide by the visa regulations while traveling to the United Arab Emirates.
In statements on Monday, Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular and Expatriates Affairs Khalid Raziq said this comes in light of the growing phenomenon of several Egyptian citizens' traveling to the UAE for job hunting using tourist or visitor visas.
He made it clear that it is illegal for anyone on a tourist or visitor visa to work in the UAE. Those who do not abide by the UAE visa rules, will be subjected to arrest and banned from entering the UAE.
