H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region, has inspected a number of current and future infrastructure projects in Al Marfa city.
The projects aim to enhance development and preparedness for the future in light of the overall renaissance being witnessed in Al Dhafra region.
Sheikh Hamdan inspected the Al Marfa Hospital and was briefed about the medical services provided to patients. He called on the management of the hospital to provide the best and latest health services to the population, identify the needs of human cadres, arrange medical devices, and ensure their appropriate use.
Sheikh Hamdan toured the port and the fish market in the city, as well as a number of lands proposed for housing and sea restrooms. He was informed about the facilities and services provided to the public, and the details of future programmes.
He also confirmed that the infrastructure projects being implemented in Al Dhafra are in line with the social, economic and development needs of society.
He also exchanged cordial talks with Emiratis, which reflects the keenness of the wise leadership to communicate with the citizens and meet their needs.
