Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Health Ghassan Hassbani told Voice of Lebanon radio on Monday that the legislative electoral law is going to be discussed in Cabinet soon, and that he expects upcoming weeks to be decisive in said matter.
The Minister explained that several versions of the electoral law were under deliberation away from the Council of Ministers, so that later the Council could settle on one to be sent to the House of Representatives.
Shifting the focus to the electricity file, Hassbani pointed out that the first tender for the powerships was already in the hands of the Energy Ministry, due to the urgent nature of said matter.
