The AED1.3 billion comprehensive developmental of the Hatta Region is going according to plan to uphold the prominent cultural and environmental position of the region as one of the emirate's key tourist attractions and business destinations, according to the Dubai Executive Council.
A number of state departments are engaging in the developmental plan launched by the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, including Dubai Municipality, Dubai Electricity, and Water Authority, Road and Transport Authority, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Dubai Sports Council, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development , and Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
Hussain Nassr Lootah, Director-General of Dubai Municipality has underscored the positive impact of the plan on people's life style and living standards in Hatta, noting that it mirrors the paramount importance attached by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed to the distinctive status of the region.
Such plans work towards achieving ambitious development goals that serve the nation and its citizens, he said, noting that the most valuable features of this development process is the constant care and attention to invest in developing human resources and providing them with all forms of support, empowering them to fulfil their role towards themselves, their people and nation.
