HEC to open door for receiving Egyptian observation requests

The High Elections Commission (HEC) decided to open the door for receiving observation requests from the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as well as Egyptian and foreign media starting from 1 to 20 August.
This step comes to prepare for the parliamentarian polls, the HEC spokesman Omar Marwan said in a statement.
After the HEC announces the accepted NGOs, they will register themselves in the phase from August 21 till 25, the statement read.
The permissions will be provided to them from August 26 to 30.
