His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a letter of thanks from his Yemeni counterpart, Dr. Ahmed Obeid bin Daghr, following the conclusion of his recent official visit to Bahrain.

Dr. Bin Daghr expressed deepest thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for the gracious welcome and hospitality accorded to him and his accompanying delegation during his official visit to the kingdom.

The Yemeni prime minister affirmed that his visit reflected the depth of the solid relations between the two brotherly countries.

He lauded Bahrain’s “robust and sincere” participation in the “Operation Decisive Storm” and “Operation Restoring Hope” carried out by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition in Yemen, describing the kingdom’s stances as “brave”.

Dr. Bin Daghr lauded his talks with HRH Premier, stressing that they were positive, and characterised by a fraternal spirit and mutual understanding.

The Yemeni Prime Minister lauded HRH Premier’s farsighted and in-depth vision of the current developments in the region thanks to his political experience and statesmanship, expressing sincere appreciation to Bahrain for its support for the legitimate government , as well as its keenness on championing the rights and aspirations of the Yemeni people.

He renewed heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless him with abundant health and happiness, and Bahrain and its people with further progress and prosperity.
