The Jordan Armed Forces and the Bahrain Defence Force on Wednesday penned a cooperation agreement aimed at promoting military ties at various domains, Jordanian News Agency (Petra) reported.
The agreement also entails exchanging of military training expertise between the armies of the two countries.The Jordanian Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, emphasized the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and ways to develop them at various levels.
Bahrain's Chief-of-Staff, Lt. Gen., Theyab bin Sager Al-Noaimi, commended the continued cooperation with Jordan, pointing to the prominent role played by Jordan's army in establishing Bahrain's Defence Force and exchanging military training and technical expertise.
