Future Parliamentary Bloc MP Mohammad Kabbani said on Wednesday that Prime Minister Saad Hariri was keen on keeping a positive relationship with Speaker of the House Nabih Berri.
Kabbani explained that Hariri had not been interfering in the ongoing verbal dispute between President Michel Aoun and Berri, and had been delaying the publication of the officers' seniority decree so as not to anger Speaker Berri.
"Berri's position is understandable concerning prerogatives and the Finance Minister's signature of the decree," Kabbani said, seeing eye-to-eye with the House Speaker's objection to Justice Minister Salim Jreissati's classification of Ministers saying that they all belong to President Michel Aoun.
"Although the president is the head of all constitutional institutions, but this in no way means that every minister belongs to the presidency of the republic
