Maid stole from employer in Dubai

A maid stole Dh7,500 worth of possessions from her employer, the Dubai Criminal Court heard today. Prosecutors said that FA, 24, from the Philippines, stole two rings, a mobile phone and a suitcase before running away on February 3. It was not clear when or how she was arrested. She confessed to stealing the rings but said that she was given the phone. A verdict was scheduled for June 24. By The National
