Ministry inspects patents in Oman
The inspections were carried out in cooperation with the GCC Patents Office as part of the
Muscat - Arab today
A number of patents were inspected by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the intellectual property department.
The inspections were carried out in cooperation with the GCC Patents Office as part of the recommendations of the board of GCC Patents Administration in its meeting held in November 2016.
It fulfils the objectives of the GCC Patents Office for which it was established as set forth in the agreements and regulations applicable at the GCC states.
