The Lebanese Army Command denied in a communiqué on Sunday recently circulated news reports claiming the presence of assassination plots in Lebanon.
"Following ongoing investigations and arrests, in addition to the data and information available to the Military Institution, no plans for assassinations have been detected in Lebanon," the Army Command reassured in its communiqué today
