Chairman of the parliamentary Specific Permanent Youth and Sports Committee, Ali Isa Bufarsan, congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on Bahrain’s latest athletic achievements in the 18th Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia.
In his congratulatory cable, Dr. Bufarsan said the outstanding achievement by Bahraini athletes at the Asian Games2018 was the fruition of the generous support of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister; and, the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister to Bahraini athletes and the sports movement in the various external participations.
Bahrain has achieved the best participation by bagging 26 medals in various games during the championship concluded in Palembang and Jakarta, Indonesia,
