Cairo - MENA

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday said that the government should analyze the results of the 2017 census to get acquainted with its indicators.

Addressing a conference that was held by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) to announce the results of the census, the president indicated that the data collection took much effort, time and money to be accomplished.
The president underlined the necessity of protecting juvenile girls against early marriage.

He added that these girls include widows and divorced. Such a state of affairs should be addressed via initiatives and much efforts, the president pointed out.

The president underlined the importance of the census to get acquainted with positive and negative aspects of the society in an effort to keep up the positive aspects and reform the negative ones.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said that there are up to 10 million uninhabited residential units that could be used to get young people married.

This would solve the problem of many young people who do not have a suitable home to start their matrimonial life.

The president highlighted the importance of data collected during the census, noting that this data will be subject to study and analysis.
