HH the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani , and His Royal Majesty King Mohamed the VI of the Kingdom of Morocco, witnessed at the Agdal Guest Palace in the Moroccan Capital, Rabat on Thursday the signing of a set of contracts and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) between the two countries. The two sides signed a contract for establishing a Qatari-Moroccan joint company for investment and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for tourist cooperation . They also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on mining between the Moroccan Government represented in the National Office of Hydrocarbones and Mines or Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines (ONHYM) and the Government of the State of Qatar represented in Qatar Mining Company and an additional protocol for the agreement on regulating the use of Moroccan laborers in Qatar and which was signed in 1987. The signing ceremonies was attended by HE Qatar''s Deputy Premier and Chief of the Qatari Emiri Diwan Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Attiyah and Their Excellencies the members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Emir.
