The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, today announced that customers are now able to make payments through its new RTA call centre payment gateway.
Customers can now use the RTA's IVR System of the Call Centre to pay traffic fines, renew, or replace lost/damaged driver licenses and registrations.
The system conforms to the Smart City drive of Dubai Government, and is in cooperation with the digital communications specialist company Avaya.
