Saudi King receives Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, today received Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, Maronite Patriarch of Antioch and All the East.
During the meeting, the parties discussed fraternal relations between the Kingdom and Lebanon, and stressed the importance of the role of different religions and cultures in promoting tolerance, renouncing violence, extremism and terrorism and achieving security and peace for the peoples of the region and the world.
