Schneider Electric inaugurates 'Innovation Hub on Wheels' in Dubai

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of Emirates Group, and Chairman of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, DSOA, Schneider Electric today inaugurated the 'Innovation Hub on Wheels' at Dubai Silicon Oasis, showcasing its next-generation EcoStruxure architecture and platform that delivers IoT-enabled open and interoperable solutions across user segments.

The innovation hub was inaugurated by Dr. Mohammed Alzarooni, Vice Chairman and CEO of DSOA, Jean-Pascal Tricoire, Chairman and CEO of Schneider Electric, and Osman Sultan, CEO of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, in the presence of senior officials from private and public sectors.

Designed to run digital demos using videos and customer references, the innovation hub presents 17 user case studies across six domains of expertise that highlight the value of the EcoStruxure architecture. These user domains include building, transportation, water and waste water, oil and gas, utility and data centre.

Bringing the innovative platform closer to its customers as well as to a broader audience including energy and tech entrepreneurs, the mobile concept can also easily relocate to exhibition sites.
