The Supreme Council of Women (SCW) has organized a training workshop on (Mechanisms of persuasion and gaining support) in collaboration with Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) attended by representatives of Bahraini women societies.
Dr. Ahmed Al Khozaie's lecture was focused on the important role of vocational and workers' associations, civil society organisations (NGOs), social, sports and youth clubs, to achieve the public interest.
He highlighted the significance of awareness of NGOs officials regarding political nomenclature (i.e. terminology) and its practical aspects. He also affirmed the significance of non-confusion between the concepts of politics, democracy, equality, social justice, the civil State, and non-swerving of these concepts from their original objectives.
He gave a detailed explanation of the work mechanism of parliament as the constitutional establishment that embodies democracy.
Dr. Ahmed Al Khozaie is an internationally-acclaimed public speaker, political advisor, and president of a consultancy firm.
