The Sharjah Economic Development Department, SEDD, has received a delegation from the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, SEWA, to discuss mutual cooperation, exchange expertise, and activate mutual work between various local and federal entities.
During the visit, SEWA delegation were introduced to the structure and strategy of work in common areas, in addition to the latest technologies and solutions used in the department.
The two sides discussed common issues and means of enhancing cooperation to provide all potentials for the business sector, investors and clients. The cooperation will help in achieving sustainable economic development to serve all sectors in Sharjah.
Commenting on the visit, Sultan Abdallah bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, SEDD Chairman, said that the department pays great attention to strengthen its cooperation with various local, regional and international entities, in line with the vision of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, who emphasises the necessity of achieving integration between all government agencies to improve services and achieve the aspirations of the people.
