The Shura Council, during a session today under the chairmanship of its chairman, Ali Bin Saleh Al-Saleh, and agreed to form a quality permanent committee at the council under the name of "Human Rights Commission", in accordance with the recommendation of the Legislative and Legal Affairs committee., which emphasized the importance of the formation of such a committee, especially in light of domestic and global developments. The council was notified of the letter from HRH the Prime Minister to a bill adopting the state budget for fiscal years 2013-2014. Then the Council approved a bill for the Bahrain's joining to the Treaty on the elimination of the requirement to ratify the foreign public documents . After discussed the report of the legislative and Legal Affairs committee on a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. (22) for the year 2006 on the protection of copyright and related rights, facilities Decree No. (110) for the year 2011, where the council agreed on the request of the Committee to withdraw the draft for further study. The council then discussed the report of the Public Utilities and environment Committee on a draft law regarding the housing it was agreed that the Committee's request to withdraw the bill for further study for a month, in light of the government's request of a ministerial decision in this regard may be issued soon.
