Head of Future parliamentary bloc, MP Fouad Siniora, on Monday held a series of contacts with former presidents Michel Sleiman and Amine Gemayel, as well as with former Premiers Najib Mikati and Tammam Salam.
Siniora also contacted Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea, and Democratic Gathering Head MP Walid Jumblatt.
The phone calls were an occasion to dwell on the current situation in the country in the wake of the resignation of Prime Minister Saad Hariri.
