Sisi hands Holy Quran, Egyptian flags to commanders of new naval units

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday handed over copies of the Holy Quran and Egyptian flags to commanders of the new naval units as a go-ahead for their new duties.
The president has shortly attended a flag-hoisting ceremony for the new Egyptian naval units; French-made GOWIND corvette, named "Al Fateh", TKMS-built Type 209/1400 submarine and Mistral-class helicopter carrier, which is named after late president Anwar el Sadat.
