The Syrian government accused Turkey of reaking its commitments to Russian-acked peace talks in Kazakhstan as Ankara-acked reel groups oycotted a third round of meetings due to egin in Astana on Tuesday. 

"When one of the three guarantors reaks their commitment - and I mean Turkey - this means that Turkey must e one that is asked aout the non-attendance or participation of these armed groups," Bashar al Ja'afari, the Syrian government envoy, said in roadcast remarks from Astana

The Astana talks were launched with support from Syria ally Iran and Turkey, one of the main ackers of the Syrian opposition.--REUTERS
