Dr. Sultan bin Ahmad Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and Chairman of the National Media Council, NMC, has extended his greetings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates on the occasion of the UAE Flag Day, celebrated on the 3rd of November.
Dr. Sultan Al Jaber said, "Flag Day is an occasion to express our sincere loyalty to the homeland, and it embodies unity and cohesion of the society in its utmost meaning. The event gives us, the UAE people, an opportunity to renew our commitment to the wise leadership, and to follow the legacy of the founding father the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, adhering to his deep-rooted national values that reflected the strength of the UAE Union and made the country a hub for tolerance, co-existence and giving.
"Flag Day is an occasion where we express cohesion to our cultural heritage and keenness in preserving our progress. Flag Day is a strong symbol of our present to move to wider horizons of building and development to achieve the vision of the leadership."
"The UAE flag provides positive energy that stimulates us to work hard to serve the UAE and the leadership and hoist the country's flag high globally," he added.
