Zagazig administrative court on Monday canceled a decision of freezing funds of 10 leaders of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood in Sharqia governorate.
The court said the decision was issued without a legal warrant.
The appellant's lawyers made an appeal on an administrative decision to freeze the MB leaders, based on a previous ruling of an urgent matters court issued in 2013 to freeze the Muslim Brotherhood funds.
Chairman of the Administrative Court in Zagazig Mokhtar Gabr told MENA that the urgent matters court ruling was issued by a non-competent court, so all implicative decisions were issued without a legal warrant and must be canceled.
