Jordanian Human development expert Montaha Al Aza stressed the human needs the positive energy on regular basis to be successful, productive and accomplished.
She defines the positive energy as the positive and optimistic feeling towards the life and problems facing the people, saying that the positive energy provides the person with the ability to deal and adapt with the different challenges.
She signaled, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that many people do not realize the scientific concepts, while they have positive energy, as they believe that any problem could lead them to a step forward in their future. She added that those people can deal positively with their problems and the problems of others, stressing that they can enjoy every detail of their life.
She added that some people can provide the positive energy to others, saying, “We can provide it to our friends and colleagues through supporting them. I think love and acceptance are the most providers of positive energy in our lives and communities.”
The importance of positive energy allows the person to achieve his objectives and overcome his problems, said the Jordanian expert, as the human has spiritual, intellectual and physical energy that he can use to achieve his aspirations. She added that the persons who are always keen to complain of their problems are the most providers of negative energy.
She added, “When we meet with negative energy-dominated people, we feel that they are tired, depressed and confused persons. They can undermine your positive energy.”
She describe the human development as the activity in which the person can develop himself and the other people surrounding him through supporting a number of personal aspects and skills allowing him deal with tensions, challenges and problems. She added that it could help the people to plan for their future.
