Egyptian actor Ahmed Al Shawish expressed his pleasure for the positive reactions to his role in “Mercury”, saying that the role is considered a turning point in his career. He added that the TV drama show managed to attract the attention of a large number of audience in all over the Arab world.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that Actor Karim Abdel Aziz performed a major role to support him during the filming, saying that the Egyptian superstar was keen to push him forward to perform well during the filming.
He expressed his appreciation to Egypt’s Intelligence Authority for its increasing support for the work, stressing his aspiration that the new work will meet the aspirations of fans in all over the Arab world. He expressed his aspiration that peace and security will dominate the world and the region after the years of wars.
He stressed that he is keen to choose his roles carefully, stressing that he cannot refuse any role that could enrich his career. He stressed his confidence that the new work managed to achieve notable success during the drama season, saying that it attracted a large number of audience.
The new drama show witnessed the participation of a large number of superstars, including Karin Abdel Aziz, Sherif Mounir, Reham Abdel Ghaffor and Talaat Zakaria.
