Actor Ahmed Ezz has told Arabstoday that he believes: “no-one is considering the interests of Egypt.” "The ongoing dispute among political forces about the Constitution is a mere partisan and political conflict" the Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz explained. He emphasised that: the media should play a role in encouraging "a peaceful revolution" and not pursue it’s own agenda, for the sake of Egypt. Ezz also condemned the assault on chairman of Al-Wafd party Dr Al-Sayed Al-Badawi in Tahrir Square last week. Ahmed went on say that he still has three weeks left of filming before he finishes his new movie The Party, set to be released mid 2013. The film is a romantic comedy and co-stars Mohamed Ragab, Joumana Murad, Ahmed Saadani, and Dina El- Sherbini. The film was written by Wael Abdullah, and directed by Ahmed Alaa, in his second collaboration with Ahmed Ezz after the movie The Replacement.
