Jordanian actor Iyad Nassar has said that after his recent role in A Dead Cameraman he considers himself the "new face" of cinema. In a statement to Arabstoday Iyad said: "I cannot describe my happiness when the movie A Dead Cameraman was chosen to represent Egypt in the thirty-fifth annual Cairo Film Festival. I was so glad to work with Dorra and the talented director Kareem Aladel." He continued: "The film market is all new for me, so I just try to understand it step by step. When I have some more experience I will release another movie, but at the moment I just don’t have enough so I won’t tell anyone what movies I plan on working on, even if I have the starring role."
