Egyptian actor, Mohammed Sobhi explained to Arabstoday that he believes the demonstrations being held prior to the announcement of the presidential election results, displays a lack of democracy. He criticised the 'million-man' marches, one in Tahrir square supporting Morsi and rejecting Shafiq, while the other in Nasr City supports Shafiq and rejects Morsi. "We should remain silent at home until we hear the results and we must accept the results whatever they are" Sobhi advised. Sobhi is currently shooting a new drama called "Wanis wel Ebad we Ahwal el-Bilad" (Wanis, the people and the country's situation), which deals with the problems of informal settlements as well as other matters concerning Arab countries.
