Attendees at San Diego Comic-Con got a glimpse of the upcoming film Deadpool this weekend, but its star says official footage won't be posted online until August.
"As much as I want the #deadpool footage from #SDCC officially released, the VFX shots aren't done yet. We have something for you in 3 weeks," actor Ryan Reynolds tweeted Sunday.
Deadpool is to open in theaters Feb. 12, 2016. Rated R, the comic-book adaptation will star Reynolds as the title character, Morena Baccarin as Copycat, Ed Skrein as Ajax, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, T. J. Miller as Weasel, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Andre Ticoteux as Colossus.
