Egyptian actress Rogina expressed her solidarity with Director Sameh Abdel Aziz for the decision taken by Egypt’s Public Prosecution to renew his imprisonment pending investigations in his accusation of possessing illegal drugs.
She added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that she worked with him in two works before, saying that she was keen to visit him with a number of her colleagues, including Yasmine Abdel Aziz, Basem Samra and Producer Mohamed Al Sobky.
She expressed her aspiration that the Egyptian authorities will take a decision to release him during the coming session, saying that the Egyptian director enjoys sensitive feelings. She stressed that she cannot believe that he committed such a violations
