Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Standing Committee of National Celebrations Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah said on Tuesday governorates' celebrations of national days are an expression of the love for the dear homeland and the wise leadership.
Sheikh Salman told reporters, on the sidelines of a celebration organized by Farwaniya Governorate on the occasion of the national days, that such an amazing concert conveys a message belonging and love for this dear country.
He thanked the Governor of Farwaniya Sheikh Faisal Al-Humoud Al-Malik Al-Sabah on the successful organization of the function and the large popular participation.
He prayed to the Almighty God to maintain Kuwait's safety and security under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
For his part, Farwaniya Governor commended the efforts of the people of Farwaniya who are working very hard for the development and prosperity of Kuwait.
The national celebrations for this year embodied the great spirit of solidarity among Kuwait's people and leadership.
The celebrations included a wide array of activities such as musical performances, poem recitation and paintings displaying.
