Federal Reserve Board Chair Janet Yellen

Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen said Tuesday that the Fed is "unlikely" to raise its near-zero base interest rate before June.
Yellen, in testimony to a Senate panel, said that despite strength in the jobs market, there were still some weaknesses apparent and that inflation was still falling, supporting the idea for continued loose monetary policy in the short term.
