Israeli forces Tuesday overnight detained 11 Palestinians, including a girl and two minors, and summoned three others during predawn raids into a number of West Bank districts, said two local activists and medics said.
Four Palestinians were detained from Jerusalem, three others from Bethlehem, two others from Hebron and two others from Qalqilia. In Jerusalem district, Israeli police detained two Palestinians from al-Sa'diyya neighborhood in Jerusalem’s Old City.
This came after Israeli forces detained two Palestinian minors during clashes in al-Ram town, north of Jerusalem, Palestine's (WAFA) News Agency said. Palestinian Read Crescent medics said that al-Ja'bari was detained after being shot and injured with a live round in the thigh.
To the south of Jerusalem, in Bethlehem district, forces detained three Palestinians during predawn raids into al-Khader and Beit Fajjar towns, south of Bethlehem. Meanwhile, forces detained two Palestinians from the southern West Bank city of Hebron.
Forces also stormed and tampered with the contents of several houses in Sa'ir town, northeast of Hebron. Meanwhile in Qalqilia district, forces detained two Palestinians during a predawn raid into Kafr Qaddum village, northeast of Qalqilia.
