Palestinian Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeina
Ramallah - KUNA

Palestinian Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeina on Friday called on the UN Security Council to set a two-three-year timetable for an end to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories.
"There should be fresh procedures and steps for setting up a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital," he said in a statement carried by Palestine News Agency.
He added that Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas will address the UN General Assembly this evening about necessary steps for the future of the political process.
During his stay in New York, the Palestinian leader has had meetings with Arab, European and American officials in this regard.
