Seoul's defense chief: North Korea's threats growing over past years

North Korea has been ramping up its military threats over the past several years, particularly after current leader Kim Jong-un took the helm of the communist country, Seoul's defense chief said Tuesday.
"Considering its nuclear test and missile launches, my judgment is that North Korea's threats have been heightened over the past years," Defense Minister Han Min-koo said at a meeting with reporters.
