Head of the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoner Affairs, Issa Qaraqe', said that the issue of Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli jails and the Israeli crimes against them will be presented to a UN special committee, which will convene in Amman on Monday.
The meeting will take place in Amman because the Israeli occupation forces prevented the UN committee from entering the occupied Palestinian territories.
The panel, Qaraqe' added, will listen to detailed accounts on the Israeli violations against Palestinian people human rights, at the foremost of which are the Israeli practices against prisoners.
The Palestinian official added that the committee will be asked to send a fact-finding team to investigate the Israeli practices against the Palestinians.
