Ahmed Suhail bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi won two Bronze medals at the Asian Jiu-Jitsu Championship which ended yesterday in the Japanese capital, Tokyo. He received his first Bronze in the under 76 kg division and the second in the open weight division.
Nasr Hammouda Al Niyadi, President of the Federation of U.A.E. Air Sports and Skydive Dubai, dedicated the medals, the first achievement of its kind in the Asian Jiu-Jitsu Championship, to H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, an avid fan of the sport.
Al Niyadi said, "We reap the benefits of the care and support of His Highness in various sports as we believe that our youth have the talent and determination to raise the flag and the name of our precious nation in the sky over all sports events."
