Ismael Bouzid Algeria - Hussein Bo Saleh Ismael Bouzid, the French-born Algerian international defender signed a two year contract to join USM Alger, after a meeting with Rbouh Haddad, the brother of the club’s president, on Wednesday. Bouzid, who started his career at FC Metz, has plied his trade across the world, including spells in Germany, Turkey and Scotland, as well as his native France and Algeria. As an international player, he benefited from an exception to the rules, which allows him to join instantly, without having to wait until the winter transfer window. Before making the move back to Algeria, the 29 year old defender had been on trial with English club, Nottingham Forest, but they decided to not to offer him a deal.
