At least 10 people were killed and 46 others injured when a passenger bus turned turtle in Pakistan's Eastern city of Bahawalpur, local media reported.The over-speeded bus overturned when one of its tires ruptured in Hasilpur area of Bahawalpur, a main city in the Punjab province, Pakistani Urdu TV channel ARY reported.The ill-fated bus with over 70 people on board was on its way to Multan city from Bahawalpur when it met the accident.The injured people were shifted to a nearby hospital where several of them were said to be in critical condition.Pakistan is among the countries having worst record of fatal traffic accidents, mainly due to poor roads, lack of driving skills, badly maintained vehicles and violation of road safety rules.Traffic police officials say that 90 percent of the accidents in the country take place due to human error.
