Two people were killed after a building in Aubervilliers, a commune in the northeastern suburbs of Paris, caught fire on Saturday evening at around 22:00 local time, local media reported citing sources from the fire brigade.
Five other people were seriously injured and have been sent to nearby hospitals, local broadcaster Europe1 reported. Another nine people suffered from minor injuries.
Some 200 fire fighters are on the site and the fire was brought under control at around 23:30 local time.
