Two people were killed and a 12-ear-old boy hurt after two boats collided in the U.S. state of Texas, local media reported Tuesday. The accident took place in Lake Fork near Quitman, about 120 km east of Dallas city, around sunset Monday night, local TV ABC13 said. Two adults were pronounced dead by rescuers who rushed to the scene and the boy was hospitalized and his conditions were not immediately known. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department said one of the boats sank at the scene and would be raised and towed to shore for examination. It was not clear what happened exactly at the site and the identities of those involved have not been revealed.
